As Founder/CEO of Emergent Element, a Marketing Strategy Consultancy, he advises organizations and executives on how harness the power of culture to design Latino driven strategies to take advantage of growth opportunities.
He holds a MA in Leadership and Organizational Studies, and post graduate education from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, Harvard Business School and Kellogg School of Management. Most recently, he was the recipient of the PRNews Platinum Award.
